For new families, there are two ways to register! Click on the "register now" button to register in the Procare system, or download and print the "Enrollment Form". Additionally, you will need to fill out remaining forms (Admission, Discipline and Guidance, and Physician's Report) and email them or give them to Karla. All returning parents will just need to be sure your current forms are up to date."
