PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR, ALSO TEACHES THE 3-YEAR-OLD FROG CLASS
Karla graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Her passion for teaching preschoolers began over 20 years ago when she began teaching Bible classes at church. In 2010, she followed that passion and started teaching 3 year olds at a preschool, and in 2015 she joined the staff at Triumphant Lutheran Preschool. In 2022, she became the director at TLP and has enjoyed her new role working with parents and leading the staff. She and her husband, Doug, have 3 adult children.

Amanda Ailor
Amanda is in her second year at Triumphant Lutheran Preschool. She is from San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Communication Design. She has been active in teaching roles for over 30 years---from the church nursery and elementary Sunday School classes, to training new employees in the customer service industry, to the challenging role of homeschooling two toddlers during Covid. Teaching has always been a part of her life. She has two kids in elementary school, one of which graduated from TLP.
Valsine Harrison
TEACHES THE PRE-K ENRICHMENT BUTTERFLY CLASS
Val graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. She then got her alternative certification in Early Childhood and taught Kindergarten for 25 years before retiring in 2019. She and her husband, Ron, have 2 young adults and 2 grandbabies. Val says, "My love for teaching continues as I pursue my journey with TLP."

Kristin Schneider
TEACHES THE PRE-K PANDA CLASS
Whitney graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a dual Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. She taught special education in the public school setting for 5 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. As her children entered preschool, she decided to teach and has been doing so ever since. Whitney and her husband have 2 children, and her youngest is a TLP graduate. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, volunteering at church, and cheering for her kids at their sporting events.
Kristin graduated from Martin Luther college with a Bachelor's degree in Education. She taught first grade for one year before getting married. She and her husband, Dave have 7 children. Besides teaching at TLP, Kristin enjoys teaching music lessons from home. I truly treasure being able to share God's love with my students."
Kristina Stallworth
TEACHES THE
Kristina originally attended Texas A&M University, where she met Jack. They fell in love and got married. He joined the Air Force, which sent them to Pensacola, FL for training. She was able to transfer to the University of West Florida, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has taught various grades, but decided she enjoys Pre-K the most. Four and five year olds have an eagerness to learn and are so fun! She and Jack have three children. The youngest two are TLP graduates.
