More About The Study

This study can be conducted completely on your own, or you may choose to share thoughts and insights with others that are undertaking the same journey. The study culminates in a written plan describing your stewardship goals for the next year, but this is to remain completely confidential – you will not be asked for any details of this plan.

The study will progress by inviting you to read individual chapters of this book, then taking time to reflect on several questions. You may keep these thoughts confidential, or you may share them (anonymously, if desired) with others involved in the study.

The mission statement of this effort

(adapted from Ask, Thank, Tell) is:

“To help TLC's people grow in their relationship with Jesus through the use of the time, talents, and finances God has entrusted to them.”

You will see this mission statement repeated often throughout the chapters you are asked to read, and this is an intentional effort to ensure you are focused on your relationship with God, not on dollars donated, time spent, talents honed/used, church finances, etc.
