'Faithful Grief' Bible Study

January 8, 15, 22, 29, and February 5

Making decisions as we approach the end of our life, or walking with a loved one as they face these decisions can be overwhelming and staggering. Taking a little time to consider wishes, think about options, and share your decisions and hopes can give comfort and peace in those difficult times.

We will start a 5-week class on how we can walk through these decisions and times faithfully. Because there are many different facets to these choices, we are blessed to have folks come and speak to us to share their viewpoints and support.

January 8th- Christian Understanding of Death, led by Pastor Aaron
January 15th- Funeral Planning, led by Pastor Aaron
January 22nd- Navigating Funeral Homes, led by Schertz Funeral Home
January 29th- Working Through Grief, led by Pastor Darwin Huartson
February 5th- A Legacy of Generosity, led by Deacon John Dellis of the Lutheran Foundation of the Southwest

If you'd like to join us, there are two ways to gather: we will meet from 10:15 to 10:45am in the library or on Zoom (log-in information below). These classes will also be recorded, and can be found with any handouts in this Google Drive folder.
