Community
Romans 12:5- So we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.
  • TLC excels in creating spaces for meaningful connection and relationships.
  • Small group Bible Studies, Wednesday Night Live, and Congregational Life events are ways our church stays connected weekly.
  • Our congregation loves discovering and working towards more opportunities for small groups, events, and other activities to start and grow, especially for intergenerational and interest groups!
Worship & Music
Psalm 95:1 - O come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!
  • Worship provides a foundation for our community to praise God and becomes a way for the whole community to use their gifts.
  • Music is inspirational and a source of joy, both for members and participants here at Triumphant.
  • We strive to balance the new and traditional ways we worship and support our congregation in learning the meaning behind how we worship weekly.
  • Our church worship services are run with the help of many volunteers. We aim to invite, equip, and support our new volunteers and those who would like to use their talents to serve in music production, video/AV booth, the welcome team, the Acolyte team, and various service setup roles!
Innovation
Isaiah 43:19- I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
  • TLC is actively discovering new and different ways to worship, learn, serve, and gather as a community.
  • Our church aims to have a variety of new ways we engage in worship, particularly in livestreaming to our members who are homebound, away from home, or joining us from other cities or states!
  • This openness to new and life-giving possibilities indicates an enthusiasm to explore new ways to worship, learn, and connect.
Education
1 Tim. 4:15-16- Put these things into practice, devote yourself to them, so that all may see your progress. Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; continue in these things...
  • Across generations, people are eager to engage and learn more about scripture and spiritual growth. We have weekly educational lessons, studies, and groups that gather both on campus and off!
  • Moving forward, we have a renewed focus and are formulating plans for faith formation and Christian education at TLC, especially for youth and young adults, and those not available during working hours.

Service
Mark 10:45- For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, to give his life a ransom for many.
  • As people are called to share the love of Christ with those who are hurting and vulnerable, there is a desire to serve and walk with those in need, such as those going through disasters, facing mental health challenges and their stigmas, global and local groups facing discrimination, or other situations.
  • Our church is faithfully looking for ways to care, whether through mission trips for all ages, service projects, our building as an emergency shelter, and more.
